At least long enough that Donna was prepared to take a leading role in the Bell Potter presentation.
Probably long enough that Jeanie was advised she wasn't in line for CEO back in July, and left for another opportunity. ... Wouldn't be surprised if Donna has been identified as best internal candidate, and they're just validating that against external search for due diligence.
Personally, I'm very happy. Love to see internal development and succession, love to see Paul formally handing over the day-to-day. ... Big tick from me. ... Now looking forward to seeing how it develops.
