Paradigm seems to be making all the right moves at a critical stage in its lifecycle, from the addition of Dr Reiter to the team to relegating PR to Chairman where he will oversee the strategic direction for PAR, which is where PR's strengths lay.

My prediction is they will select a CEO who has experience with NDA submissions and striking licensing and distribution deals. I wouldn't at all be surprised if PAR's next CEO previously worked in an executive position at BioMarin or a similar sized company, but we do need someone who can take PAR to the next level and beyond.
