Hi Whitta,
From what I understand they'd prob wait a bit longer (I think originally stating Q3 or so before OA SAS pay for use program start) so as to fully recruit for all trials as there will be an Aussie component for the main trial for example). Intention is not to 'rob' potential candidates for the required trial numbers.
Trials are priority.
Just my thoughts.
