Hi Mozz, my pain is certainly not constant, it does vary from almost none, to completely off the chart, but happily the latter is still rather rare.

Hence my need for painkillers rather unregularly.

It is all concentrated in my left knee at the moment, it was dramatically aggravated as a result of the total left hip replacement I had in early 2020.

I have been told by the orthopaedic surgeon that both joints on the right side will need doing as well, but so far luittle pain over there, more just that I 'notice' it sometimes.

I do have symptoms in my finders and wrists as well, so if I get on the knee trial, I am hoping to see some improvement in these other joints as well.
