The drug works on OA, not just OA of the knee as the first trials narrowly targeted. This is seen in the way the drug is used by vets and some of the feedback from participants in the trials to date. Hopefully a trial of over 1000 people will also allow this to be established to a level of scientific confidence that means it can be marketed broadly.
