The CTS is on the 16th with the announcement specifically stating "shortly after the OARSI CTS".
For me it would make sense to wet the attendees appetite with the the 56 day data at the CTS and then release the 6 month data the next day on the 17th, the first actual day of the congress. This way they create maximum impact having the top people in the OA space spending 3 days together talking about Paradigm and DMOAD. They can create a buzz around the company and make themselves a focus of the entire congress.
