The company is not short of cash. Why this sudden CR? A CR immediately following a rapid rise in the SP says to me that either Mgmt doesn't believe the recent spike in market valuation is sustainable and/or warranted, OR, they just don't give a damn about share holders. If they:
1) did think the SP rise was warranted, AND,
2) are acting in the best interests of shareholders,
why would they not wait another month to let the 30 day VWAP establish itself at or above $2, enabling them to achieve a much higher price in the CR??
