How do these deals generally work? Is it something likeBig Pharma X offers PAR a large deposit/upfront payment and agrees to see the Clinical Phase 3 trail through to the end, help to develop and distribute, market and guide the drug through to full development for a percentage of Revenue agreement? All up a deal could b worth, for example $1 Billion USD which then in theory increases the theoretical capital of PAR from $195 Million to $1 Billion ie 5 X? So conceptually the share price may go up by some related factor?
