We also need to factor in the 2023 tax rebate. If it is also 20 mill, then that covers half of the costs needed, so PAR will only need to seek out 30-35 mill to see the P3 trial through to completion - 5 mill SPP followed by a 30 mill insto raise. Suddenly the 'dire' capital position doesn't seem so dire after all.
