I think that the clarity-on-us-regulatory-pathway has been answered, but the remaining questions seem to be Retail vs Institutional opportunities. I am small potatoes with regards to this, and I am used to having Insto's and Banks (and politico's) getting in first, so it doesn't faze me as much as some here. But at least PAR now has what it needs to go forward and get this baby into market. Hopefully there will not be another hurdle put in the path.
