An unnecessary capital raising to a limited group of people at a 71% discount to recent highs is one of the issues. They wont even start spending the current $75mill in the bank until next year so maybe a good idea would have been to wait until TGA news. They have time (at least 1 year) to find a cornerstone investor, not fill the register with more Jo Blo's in it for a quick buck.
