Interesting hey.
I went looking for the label claims and Zydax and Cartrophen are basically the same that they are "an aid in the treatment of non-infectious inflammatory joint disease". This seems pretty vague (nothing about OA, or pain, or function or cartilage or enzymes...just "an aid"). But the marketing material that goes along with it is very explicit about it being DMOAD - maybe they can use a bit of spin because its not specifically on the label.
Nevertheless, check out this 16 page brochure..

Plenty of data in it, and they are pretty confident about it being DMOAD given the subtitle on the front page....
