the sky was falling swiftly with covid, it had to be quick, i have no problem with that raise... and every holder had the chance to buy at the same price or cheaper in the end anyway...
but, i can appreciate what you're saying, would certainly hope in a steadier environment (i.e. no panic) that we shareholders would get a look in at any more funds raised.
