I don't think they are smarter. I just think the liquidity of our stock is so low, that when an insto decides to push our stock in a direction it is very easy to do. On a normal day you might see 200-300k of shares go through of which UBS generally makes up 25-30% of it all the time. Last week we saw about 6mn in one day! Hard to know whether UBS are scalping or keeping a lid on the price, but they don't seem to have one clear direction on buy or sell. What we saw last week imo was akin to a bank run as shorts/algo dumped price and retail panicked.

I have said for years that PAR's share price is controlled easily by shorters or whoever decides to. I'm not sure what the answer is, perhaps PAR board need to consult with Bell Potter and come up with some sort of strategy. I thought things were changing when Marco came on board. We need some left field announcements like Fast Track otherwise this is going to keep happening until we get registered
