The only negative about this announcement is the time delay i.e. a one month wait.
The negatives about the previous announcements were the time delay + uncertainty around if and when the IND would be opened. This uncertainty justified the drop in SP since Paradigms entire existence revolves around iPPS.
In other words, the current drop in SP represents a significant discount to what will invariable be a massive increase in 30 days time. It is uncovering opportunities like these that make tracking companies such as PAR well worth the time and effort. I'm just hoping the SP falls further so I can grab a bigger discount.
