OK, what does this mean for the SP?
Market and investors like certainty, this doesn't exactly give that although I agree its not exactly negative, just means we continue in a holding pattern with reference to FDA/IND...
As an investor, would you buy more today? buy more on dip?
I am a little concerned it provides opportunity for the shorters (algo and bot funds), to jump in again.
Guess we hurry up and wait again....I think overall as others say, reasons to be optimistic. DYOR
