For clarity I've posted the following questions...
1. Why was the capital raising done without any offering to existing shareholders ?
2. Why was the capital raising done by backing it into the FDA minute announcement timeline?
3. Why did PAR not plan for a full Phase – 3 trial in its previous capital raising? Instead it appears to have thought that the number of trials/participants would have been lower?
4. Is there any room / consideration being given to accessing the FDA Fast Track processes? Has the FDA indicated that PAR should apply?
5. What is the Progress of the TGA approval, has the FDA requirements slowed the TGA approval?
