Why did we hear about an unexpected CR via the media at 8:11AM, (yes, the Financial Review article is time stamped), and the official announcement about the CR didn't get released until 11:54AM?
I said it was bad enough to hear about an unexpected CR via the media, then we see its @ $1.30, and for institutional investors only. Long term, loyal shareholders were locked out. Why?
We were all waiting for FDA news, as per the trading halt. Everything was done ar$e about and many investors were rattled by it.
