Agree on all points here, but then again there is rarely ever any certainty about these things, only a range of outcomes, probabilities and potential returns relative to what you pay.

The FDA have asked for things that increased costs by another $35m, but when you look at the market opportunity, the risk reward payoff is still incredibly attractive for what is still an unmet need.

I don't ask for certainty, or risk free investments (is there such a thing these days with currency debasement?) just a sufficient level of payoff relative to the risks I'm taking.
