Paul Rennie's escrowed shares are free to sell in December of 2022. This date was all tied in with our thoughts on where PAR would be by then.

After a controversial $1.30 CR and PR selling part of his holdings to repay the company loan and upgrade his house, those escrowed shares were the stabiliser the market needed.

If our timeline is indeed pushed out until 2024, which means big sales would not begin until 2025, then (IMO) be prepared for the market to react negatively. Has to.

As I said in an earlier post, if the 12 month read out on the upcoming trial isn't expected until October of 2022, then that means the trial won't be starting until September/October of 2021! Do the math. I think we were all expecting the trials to start early next year. Seems not.

There is a massive communication breakdown at the moment, and the ASX and shareholders MUST be officially notified if there is a delay in these trial completions. Even if the clarification comes, and it IS 2024, the market won't like the verbal leak at an international conference prior to the official notification to market.

The whole, "well, 2024 gives me a chance to buy more shares" mantra is getting old. We simply cannot tread water indefinitely. Transparency and stability in what we know to be happening has got to be adhered to. If that changes, a market announcement tells us why.

Anyway, that's my two cents. We shall see what this week brings. Let's hope it's a storm in a tea cup...

The only justification I can see is that the company has been given the heads up of what the upcoming FDA recommendations are and that the goal posts have been moved significantly.

I am sceptical that a) they have been given that information b) it would be let slip this way and c) that the FDA would need such a long study.

I’m keeping an open mind until we hear confirmation.

I haven't posted much but been a lurker and holder for a while now (definately a newbie compared to a lot of the holders here). My thoughts agree 100% with Vogel but definately happy to keep an open mind and wait for clarification as this does seem a little odd due to the channel that we received this news.

A question to the people that have been here longer than me. Would pars track record of share holder communications suggest they might release information this way? Or is this completely out of character?
