Let's not forget shareholders own this company and not salaried or contracted employees (irrespective of whether they also have PAR shares). PR can walk away in 5 years time a rich man if everything stands still from
this point. It was no longer his company as soon as he listed it and is accountable to all shareholders from that point. Admittedly this is not just directed at PR but most CEOs. Going forward I believe PR will do the right thing by all of us despite this cluster f given our interests are strongly aligned.
