PART 3

(Gee so much can be said in 30 mins, I'm leaving out a whole heap of stuff that Paul and PAR have mentioned in the past too!)

1) Patents that PAR have include all forms of application:
Eg
-Injectible
- Topical
- Oral

Paul also mentioned that this prevents others from using (eg ORAL!) method on any conditions we have a patent for.

2) Paul also eluded to the fact that we are acquiring data from patients utilizing both types of surveys, WOMAC and KOOS. This will be handy particularly for overseas agencies such as EMA. The wo surveys provide for very specific questions addressing things such as pain and lifestyle points that are related.

3) One of the slides presented mentioned Patents going out till 2040, more specifically Paul mentioned that this patent centers around Pain. (Mozz's note: this is very exciting as it represents a massive potential market for us [dyor]).
