My first gut reaction is to smile and feel slightly positive ... so broadly I'm going with that.
Second thoughts are assuming that if Dr Reiter is awesome enough to warrant an announcement, he has effectively been sent to Paradigm by Bene, rather than pinched ... or that Bene's perfectly happy for him to move over.
Also get the tiniest chuckle that the recruitment of a Snr Researcher is announced, however departure of COO wasn't.
Overall happy, love to be kept informed of as much as possible ... not really expecting it to make any impact on market prices though (funny that, about a non-sensitive announcement!) ... at least until Dr Reiter discovers our next breakthrough!
