Oh, The magic insider information: I sort of wonder what information they knew that told them to sell, especially when there seems to be a general feeling that the results are quite good and the prospects are brilliant.

I will reiterate from an earlier post: this is just the old "buy on rumour sell on fact" crew at work.

And in regards to management qualities: I owned 50k shares @ 50c in a company, and when I started using one of the best brokers in Melbourne (supposedly) he told me to sell as he had met the management and they were no good. Needless to say I sold on his advice and the shares went to $20 over the next few years.

So please no advice on the quality of any management.
