My thoughts too. He actually reinterrated in the March 23 interview stating "FEED was progressing well" (paraphrasing). This ann could have been a lot clearer on exactly what has been acheived to-date and what is now happening. I can only assume that the past 6+ months have been doing all the background prepatory work for the FEED that would dictate the final design nitty gritty. Today's ann being the formal engagement of Worley to complete all the final design engineering, based on all the background work done to date. But I'm only making an educated guess here, it would have been nice to have such clarity in the ann.
