Found this part interesting… so we’re going with Sunresin- Chinese Co, but obviously Govt had requirements to get the funding that most must be constructed in US. Seems Worley and Sunresin will work closely together on the FEED, so maybe most of the build supplies will come from North America "as is possible" and potentially just resins from Sunresin unless like you say they intend to build a resin plant in North America. Wonder why they specified North America and not just USA, maybe Canada? Hmm.
