Back to the timeline again, unless the company announces a formal commencement (like today’s announcement) then we can’t assume it was officially started beforehand.
Some investors appreciate an indicative timeline by a company but in hindsight we’re better off not having one because it creates expectation and all hell breaks loose when delays happen, which in the real world do happen believe it or not.
