Wow great argument
The Timeline which was announced by ASN in Feb 2023 shows FEED commencing Q4 2022 and finishing Q2 2023 so your saying they didn't know if they started it or not last year by Feb? And then come May 2023 say it will start Q4 2023?
BTW it's not timeline if they are talking about the past
