My impression so far is neither group of shareholders is "excited". This is actually a good sign.
I can see the strategic rationale but, as is always the case with mergers, its about realising the synergies. Hopefully PGC has learnt from the disaster that was previous management, and integrate properly and quickly rather than mess around for a few years.
