The deal is weaker for QTM on debt metrics, as they are net cash, c/w PGC with significant net debt relative to QTM. There is probably some aspect that is slightly favourable to QTM to make up for this.
So can they make this deal work? The businesses are in a similar industry, but seem to have differing strategies.
