Althou Ozwire's second post in this series had some interesting info, I would again encourage readers to disregard the above post.
Ozwire's latest post takes it beyond disinterested misinterpretation.
All of his talk about pressure and steam is just absolute and complete codswallop. Steam has nothing to do with anything. The most likely way of electricity generation at paralana is:
I don't know what you're going on about Ozwire. It may well be that the results are bad, or that the project won't well. However, if there is a link between what we know, and the final performance of the well, then i don't think its overly negative.
Birtdsville runs on 99degrees + 27L/s
Now, if 6L/s really is the max flow we'll ever get between wells, thats a problem. However, Paralana 3 hasn't been drilled yet. Also even with a single well, "the production rate could be increased to more than 20L/s [from 10L/s] by a downhole pump and simultaneous reinjection."
So, I basically think that you are massively exaggerating the impact of the 1-6L/s. As SynQuasi pointed out, its quite likely related to what they injected and the parameters of their testing.
Also your steam talk is ridiculous. This is not volcanic geothermal. Steam is not the game plan.
