IMO you might need to pull them out soon and brush off the dust.
There are a few factors that may swing the sentiment around postively:
1. Announcment of a carbon price shortly (and hopefully the detail); 2. New make up of senate - who knows what impact that will have short term; 3. PTR successfully passes the next stage.
I might be wishful thinking, but the fruit might be beginning to ripen.
On the side, it was pleasing the see on the news today the green city that is currently being built in China including the use of geothermal energy. PTR has some interest in China but I don't think it is where this city is being built. Will need to investigate.
