My understanding is that the over run is attributed at the level of holding at the time.
Eg during the drilling PTR was still holding 69%, therefore paid 69% of the over run.
The apportionment of the grant is a little more complex.
Whilst $4.5mm warranted a 10% sp drop, I guess the market was saying half was already factored in.
