Part 2: Got an email back from Terry iviting me to contact him on his mobile if I wanted to discuss things further. Found him very professional. He explained to me the problems in the industry securing equipment and ensured me they were not buying time rather did not have any equipment avaibale and when it did become available rain got in the way. He assured me things were progressing and they were confident temperature measurements would come in with no suprises. Great bloke to speak with, very patient and was happy to discuss things.
