IVR is not viable with silver price average under USD $35
The IVR game will change when silver price over USD $50 for a period of time ...
And as sure as US debt will be $40T in a year, gold to +$3500 and sliver will not be under US $50 when that happens.
TRUMP is gonna rock the world with his need for a higher asset prices..
