Somehow he alludes to the project being feasible, but,,
They need to do more 'optimisation' typically on the power generation aspects etc etc.

So why not say in the ann (along the lines) .. 'yes all looks good, however free cash flow looks pretty ordinary folks at ag US$30 for $xxx. We believe with further optimisation of x,y, and z, we can make this a confident 'goer'. To do this effectively we need another 6 months of further studies (and hopefully a convincing uptick in POS)

I like Andrew, but feel this was terrible communication on just about every front I can think of..
