I have purchased SVL recently for a lady that I have an EPA for as I do not like having the same shares. The purchase was on the basis, as my interest in IVR was, in silver itself. On the basis of where I think it goes next year, an investment in either will bring great rewards. Looking across the board at all the shares I keep and eye on, one can become very despondent, the market is moribund. Two things I remember, never short a dull market and it is always darkest before dawn.
