Same. It mentioned Gardiner who had been buying on market before the raise.
not sure if they would have to do a 3b if they’re going to him.
it wasn’t underwritten suggesting they had it covered.
i like the fact that Gardiner is a broker/banker. He is likely to have it sold already.
