Namibia (Africa for the West) is actually a very safe place to invest and a favourite of many mining execs. The stats around operational disruptions there, due to civil unrest, terrorism etc bear that out.
I'd guess there'll be another acquisition, regardless of what happens at Parker Range, as it's already quite advanced.
