    The biggest stumbling block towards production after exploration is getting the capital. POD has more platinum content than CHN. So POD may be more enticing to investors despite being 2 years behind CHN. If CHN can't get capital, they can only sit idle while watching POD racing to become the first PGM producer in Australia.
