    Suddenly makes even 0.2% an economical deposit, and if I remember right we were 0.34% (but I'm in a meeting so I'll not go check!)

    We are certainly in the environment for great announcements to become epic announcements, and the low SOI and low number of shareholders willing to sell big parcels putting us in a great position
