I think the real issue here is that the market doesn't believe that POD will be able to get the resource out of the ground. At least not without major dilution of existing shareholders. Cap raises have never been this company's strong point and at current share prices raising capital will be very, very difficult. There is definitely a good resource, they have spent the last 6mths telling us how great a resource it is while the share price has fallen 80%, but until they can explain how they will extract the resource and more importantly how they are going to fund it this share will continue to drift lower. At some point it will be extreme value and for someone with enough cash it will be worth taking the project private and funding the whole thing.
In the last few weeks we have seen two directors leave so maybe this is the cleanse the stock needs. New faces, new ideas and a fresh approach to getting the project off the ground. But still no word on how this will all be funded.
