i fully understand your thoughts that Shell must be good enough and I really hope so too. But imagine we are legally limited to show the results and success due to "exclusivity rights" or "timely delay" before we are allowed too ... I don´t know the details of the contract, but if I would be SHELL believing and investing in it I would force my partner to offer it only to me ... it least in my former industry of licensing this was quite common.
I stay on course with you as well... a sell-off to Velio or any other company for about 20-30 EuroCent would be amazing.
