Decent revenue comes with the acquisition, could go either way in terms of improving pathway to profitability. Either PWN has taken over all those growing pains and they aren't so easy to resolve. Or (hopefully) they can implement the synergies and build a profitable and thus financially sustainable business with >$20mil revenue per year.
The last tranche of acquisitions got us 3 years without a cap raise. Let's see if this can continue that trend of putting existing capital towards dilution minimisation.
