Bahay's multilateral approach has resulted in a suite of products that (to me) represents a platform for monetization and growth. I just don't see that a deal was ever going to get struck straight-off-the-bat with Worley. Nice carrot to dangle for maintaining SH sentiment and to impress the general market... but in hindsight now seems totally far-fetched. That's not to say, Worley won't be engaging in some way (big or small in the future). It's apparent now that PWN needs to put all its hard work and great achievements out there and prove the theories in practice in the commercial space. And, that makes total sense.
This year has been a learning curve for me in how penny stocks operate (in all their glory good and bad) and what they needed to do get a foot in the door of this global commodities supercycle. In order to have a genuine shot at becoming mid-tier producers of anything, they needed to take advantage of the hype period to raise capital and, equally as importantly, build highly beneficial relationships. The EV revolution and the trade war with China is dictating that western countries - establish alliances, create supply chains and build enduring relationships. "Collaboration" is the essence of what I see around me. I see Bahay's relationship with Worley in a much bigger (more mature picture). We are a small company that first needs to build credibility and a reputation. Once we have emassed relationships via clients and networks, and we have built a name for ourselves, our technologies and services, the more likely the bigger fish like Worley will collaborate on a corporate level.
The clean green evolution is not a cyclical thing but an enduring fundamental shift that will be enduring. The commodities supercycle that began well over a decade ago was interupted by the GFC and then CoVid threw a spanner in the works right at a time when electrification was just starting to take its first serious strides. But what CoVid did was show us exactly what ICE was doing to the planet. No planes in the air and people locked in at home cleared our atmosphere of pollution. It made climate change a glaring reality and showed us that we need to clean up our act. I consider CoVid as being Mother Nature pushing back! It was the necessary evil that this planet needed to force this change upon us and start protecting the planet. Unfortunately (but fortunately for PWN) all the mining and manufacturing to supply and service the EV market is going to require a humungous amount of water and, without intervention, going to cause a lot of wastewater that is toxic and hazardous. Enter stage left, Parkway. Anyway, enough of a rant for one day.

@Ftrain , I agree with most of you state and I think it is good to heed some caution... but I wouldn't be so sure that lithium will be easily or readily replaced by the emergence of a new technology. There's been that many "promising" new technologies hailed to knock Li-ion batteries off the pedestal but its proven to be the traditional and most reliable technology of choice. The Li-ion technology undergoes continual improvement and manufacturing cost reductions whilst the rest are still dealing with their inherent disadvantages. Too much investment and infastructure has been put in place falready (with 180 gigafactories throughout the world) for lithium to no longer be the commodity of choice for electrification. Its more likely to be a supply squeeze in one particular commodity of need that will slow the EV race down. Besides, according to this guy, lithium is light and is, therefore, not likely to be replaced for a long time for that reason alone.....
