Hmm either the big buyers are waiting for something more solid than announcements or they know more than small investors. I doubt this will move much until the bigger investors want a piece of the action. I just hope this happens soon.
I bought into the initial IPO of Parkway when it was called something else (so long ago I cannot remember) so I count myself as I long term holder.
