You're most likely right. I get the reasons why Shell wants this and why it could turn into a giant foot in the CSG water-processing door.
Ideally, the CP will get some good exposure and any new investors will have to buy on market. It is, after all, the first concrete opportunity they've been able to make a noise about. If we're extra lucky, things will kick on to the point where options get exercised.
