As for the Options, I am struggling to work out the catalyst and personally don't think it will be happening. I don't think they need the cash, they would be getting very close to cash flow neutral.

I will review the preso again and then arrange to have a chat to Bahay after his presentation on Thursday.

I have a busy Thursday and Friday, so it might be early next week depending on Bahay's availability. I would love to catch him face to face in Sunshine the next time I chat to him.

It's doesn't change my view of PWN. There is a huge need for their tech, they will land the big project and then my biggest fear is that Veolia comes in with a 5-10 cents takeover offer, undervaluing PWN by multiples. Let's wait and see but I am here for the long term. I could see a crazy share price in 5-10 years time and if I was guaranteed that they were going to succeed, I'd be happy to wait because i could retire at 60. Bahay is really young and with his shareholding, multiples of 10 cents makes him a multi-multi millionaire. His fate is aligned to mine. That works for me.

Idle speculation(Alert!) about what could be the options catalyst.

Page 10 of the presentation. One picture of waste brine ponds in QLD and another picture of the Alberta oil sands mess with a link below to an article. North America was mentioned a few weeks back as a possible and here we have a North America piece of info cosying up to something already in FS.

Alberta has a heavy cleanup requirement, but to date has been fairly slack in backing it up.

Anyway, as I said, idle speculation - it's a huge jump from where PWN is to getting set up in Canada - but the oil sands mess makes for interesting reading.
