Looks like the grants are starting to be awarded under the Australian Government's very generous $1.3B "Modern Manufacturing Initiative".
I am assuming PWN has filed application(s) (now closed) as the aMES and iBC tech fited nicely under two key priorities "Resource Technology" and "Recycling".
