Yeah, it's a good point Mer.
My interpretation - it would be to develop the ability to deliver projects that are small in scale - too small for Worley to be involved - that don't use BPaaS but use standard reverse osmosis water technologies.
I can only presume they are getting inundated with opportunities that are too small for Worley and don't require BPaaS.
Might be one for Mr M to ask.
